Information For Engagement
I accept checks and digital payments via Zelle and Venmo.
A deposit of half of the cost of the Family Forward Intensive is to be paid at time of the reservation. The other half is due 48 hours prior to our appointment.
Monthly subscriptions will be due by day one of each package, and automatically renewed the week before the following month.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
I commit to working with a limited number of families, so once space is reserved for your family, this takes away an opportunity for another. If you need to change, I want to help reschedule and will try to facilitate an alternative time. If you must change a date and I am unable to reschedule, it counts as a cancelation.
- Changed or canceled intensives prior to one month before the experience: deposits will be returned.
- Cancellations made between one month to two weeks before our experience: one-half of the deposit will be forfeited.
- The full deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within two weeks of your family intensive. It is also forfeited if you fail to send your second payment 48 hours before your intensive.
- No refunds within 48 hours of our scheduled time together.
